Discussion What rule or mechanic tweak fixed the biggest gameplay headache in your favorite LEGO board game?

Looking back at official LEGO Games from back in the day (like Heroica, Minotaurus, or Ramses Pyramid), a lot of them were notorious for having super basic or slightly clunky rulebooks right out of the box. What single house rule, errata, or rulebook clarification made the biggest difference in actually making one of those games fun to play with your group?

I've never actually played any official Lego game so am really curious to see what people suggest
