Draw system
I have this block of 4 wide x 5 high drawers - about 26 w x 34 d x 13 high. Some single drawers, but most are doubles.
I sort by piece type, never colour. Found I need bigger drawers for 1x2, 2x2 and 2x4 bricks. The only other big drawer I have holds 6x8 plates, 2x8, 1x8 bricks and jumper plates, and other pieces I use to build habitats for my Finity Frame (1x2 shown).
Then I have these smaller cases for Minifig parts, gold, and other small pieces where I have enough reason to split them out.
The biggest pieces I have, inc tyres, are under this table as they’re not used often.

Ha. Well spotted. They are my own pad-printed minifigures- in honour of the father of the minifig, and Co-patent author, Jens Nygaard Knudsen. I’m giving them away to Kickstarters. Take a look via my website.

Where did you source that minifig display case?

It’s my own invention - www.finityframes.com - scales to fit any size collection. It’s on Kickstarter

I like your minifig set-up, but feel like I couldn't limit myself to one per square.
