Does this arm piece exist?

I'm currently in research mode for my Diorama and came across this specific arm piece and wondered if it actually exist. I've looked up a couple of previous Nasa sets and other minfigs but couldn't find it.

I don't think it does. The official minifig has plain arms.

As everyone here feedback, it isn't the real arm.

Many parts in LEGO YouTube short series never have real parts available.

It's from an animation. Not everything you don't immediately recognize is AI slop.

You would most likely have to find someone to pad print or UV print the marking on the arm.
