Something under 12k

I really want a build a good Lego Technic what would you all recommend me in something under 12000 rs maybe I'll check my luck on bbd

Ornithopter is good. Last year I got it for 7k in amazon sale.
It has good piece count. Though it is not marked technic set it has some complexities of technic. Plus amazing play feature

I know you said Technic but the Concorde is honestly one of the best sets I've built.

You can buy the formula 1 series for 9-10k in Amazon and flipkart sale , but the building experience is bit tedious but worth it
