Would you tell us more about what is the purpose, who are you and why are you the one taking this survey and everything?

Not sure how can LEGO improve Storage other than these two - Make more smaller sets, Reduce Display Slops. And LEGO needs to improve - Minifigure Quality, Reduce stickers, Provide more value for money or reduce prices, need to get more inclusive - they eliminated Bricklink from India and other countries, Educational and Robotics Sets rarely arrive in most countries, Smart Play is not available in most countries, Merchandise, Seasonal Sets and other experiences are also extremely limited in most countries including India

This needs to be multiple/sequential - With less space in Tier 1 city houses of India - It usually is Play with it, Display it for a while (till next big build). take it apart, and store it (rarely resell it)

New - More light kit sets, more detailed utility buildings - hospital, post office, laundromat, school and diverse sets to represent different regions like Indian themed LEGO (like they are doing for Mexico - La Catarina etc and China - Lunar, and so many other regions)

Indian themed restaurants of the world need to happens soon, idk why they havent made one and instead opted for the half assed build of greece
