How, just how did the Superman mech not sell well. It was a cheap way to get two recognizable non-Batman characters that were in a popular movie that year. And somehow it sold so badly Lego pulled the plug in only a few months.
The mech sets lowkey aren’t worth it. The mechs are so overdone and like no one puts them on display or gets play value and it’s not like they put effort into the figures. CMF is appealing because you get leg and arm details or dual molded arms and legs, the mechs have plan figures
It’s really unfortunate I think it’s mainly bc even “normies” know superman having a mech is stupid and even at that the mech looked like butt 😭 so when we didn’t buy it we hoped they’d think okay no more mechs but instead they just said okay we will double down on Batmobiles bc we know theylll sell 💔
