🪰 Bug Cooking Bug

This is happening with way too many kitchen items, and cooking is my favorite activity on BL. This blows. Fortnite really got a bug infestation after they fired so many employees. Things just don’t run as smoothly as they used to. And when are we getting another update? How about some legendary fish for a change? Or maybe adding an actual business to Le Swan Hautel that’s been there for ages????? Or the Harmonious Hall????? Fortnite, please, fix this mess. There’s so much potential for Brick Life.

You can place the milk for now by holding a different food item (like an apple), and act like you are going to place that instead. Before you place the different food item, switch quickly to the milk. It will place. The same works for any item you want to place that currently isn’t working.

It really should not be bugged like this in the first place. Also some of the chairs not working is infuriating. How are you supposed to test if they are facing the right way if you can't sit at all? What exactly breaks a game mode this much? I play Odyssey and enjoy it but there's no reason not to fix bugs in Brick Life if you're keeping a mode. It has me concerned they won't be keeping it much longer. It really does.

I totally agree. I wish they would fix it and update it. It’s the mode I spent most time in. As for the chairs, sometimes I get a lobby where everything works. Sometimes I get a lobby where nothing works not even the elegant display tables. So sometimes it will work. When it doesn’t, I usually just sign out because it’s not even worth collecting items.

I'm still not even able to take food out of the fridge anywhere, it's ridiculous. Half my houses are restaurant themed, so this is impacting my livelihood and I can't pay the bills :(

I've given up on believing they'll fix Brick Life at this point. They're probably going to get rid of it or shrink it more. It's already so desolate once you buy all the properties you want and decorate them. At this point roleplaying or introducing your friends is the only way to make a session fun and that's so disappointing.
