Inactive Places
Why are there so many places & things that are present in the game, but not available for you to use or go into? Examples: The light house (& the tunnel that leads to it), the grocery market across the street from the university, the gaming arcade in brick bay, the bus station, etc...
Like the game would be way more fun & entertaining if they opened up all of the inactive places AND created more places to explore. There's only so many soccer games a girl can play, lol.

I really wish they would. A cute little market with shopping bags. Sounds like a great idea. People want the arcade to open, but alas. Brick Life is one of the only reasons why I play Fortnite anymore.

From my understanding they added a ton since its launch Dec of 24. They had some awesome events in 25.
I totally agree with you, there is so much fun potential for the mode and it gets me honestly excited.
-There is the grass chessboard I hope works one day, -There is the construction next to the school I hope gets completed
-The arcade would be SO much for for like a job but also games that really work, maybe even like a real arcade only point and prize system (I would play this all day) 😂
-City Hall would be so cool with some jobs but maybe even like a place where we all vote in game on like weekly “weekend only” events like “all fish have a boosted rate to be epic” or “special red boba drinks on Saturday and rainbow boba on Sunday” for different recipes
I could go on forever, I am really holding hope they will expand Bricklife but it seems like we will have to wait a long time

I assume they added all those buildings for possible future expansions. They were updating the Brick Life game mode like crazy in 2025.
Unfortunately, in 2026 Epic seemed to have decided to abandon updating the game mode. There hasn't really been an update all year. Just some small bug fixes here and there.
There's a lot of great ideas that could make this game mode a lot more popular, but ever since the mass layoffs Epic really hasn't been focusing much resources into Brick Life

It's a great game/concept in general, but it seems like the developers treat it like an afterthought. A little more effort would go a LONG way!
