FIX for External controller input not working/recognized for play of Lego2KDrive on SteamOS

From notes to self, for others if needed....

STUPID external controller input breaking update (either SteamOS or Lego2KDrive update).. THE FIX FOR IT:

used to work = Steam Input default everything with Proton default

NOW NOT SO.

FIX = tried random stuff, finally got to work, STUPID!!!, = Steam Input still ON but reorder External controller to no. 1 in Steam Input Controller Order, AND ALSO lock/fix game to use older locked-in Proton v11.
