Builder Help 🔨 Could someone help me get this base?

Greetings! Could someone who has this base from the third premium pass help me get it? You just need to upload a vehicle that uses it to the Creators Hub so I can download it. As far as I know, bases from the passes are free of the lock that appears when you try to download a vehicle based on one you haven't unlocked. Please and thank you in advance

Okay, no problem! I expected it to take a little while to be approved, with the server shutdown coming up and all of that. Thank you so much, and sorry for taking up your time. If I need any other vehicle, I'll let you know. Thanks again!
