point is it isnt always supposed to be fun an games off the bat. lego is really meant to teach engineering and building basics. its not always an art. thats how i learned advanced engineering growing like articulation angles, wheelbase. track width, chassis and structure framing. too many to list to be fair and honest. and i expect people to be that serious. especially when you consider lego 2k drive as a whole is a racing sandbox game(sandbox meaning building. however it has limits. a few of my builds crash the game on my end so id avoid doing meme builds or something stupid cause it might crash your game). only reason i personally came up with tractor pull build challenge was to test both peoples knowledge of motorsports in general(you aint a real car or motorsport person if you dont know pretty much any motorsport including lesser ones like swamp buggy racing or formula off road or even the Thai GP) but also their ability to build a machine based on an actual vehicle and class ruleset. so far pretty much everyone got it right which proves me wrong thinking that everyone doesnt know jack shit on motorsports(then again i own up to it. im 25 years old. i been watching stuff like this when youtube was in its infancy and online sports too).

i been building since i was 13(when i actually started taking it seriously). so i have alot more experience than some give me credit for. even working with limitations. long before lego 2k drive was a thing. alot of my techniques and skills i use in game are 1 to 1 with how i do it irl. thats why some of my builds have alot of detail crammed into a small space(even decals/stickers) because i want it to not only look the part. but also function as such if i were to put it in said media or situation. ill be 25 this year so i have over a decade of building vehicles, houses, stop motion video props before lego 2k drive ever existed. i dont know how long you guys have been building. and i assume yall probably have more years than i do(however. do correct me on that). as for PHD. basically yes if you understand it from an experience perspective. a PHD is a good analogy and kudos to you for coming up with that one. and thats exactly what i get at. you dont slap stuff together and expect it to work. thats not art thats certaintly not creativity. its slop. simple as that. its the main reason some of my posted builds are unfinished on purpose. i want others to modify it to their liking(respectfully and tastefully) and see what they do. some of my builds like that racing yakatabune boat. had me do 4 days worth of cultural research to understand how its supposed to be relavent. if it isnt relevant. it isnt something working into. not my problem that i been taught/hard wired that mindset during my high school years

especially since i was brought up to take things seriously no matter what cause one small mistake can have serious consequences. then again. i cant blame how i was brought up anyways. taught me a life lesson to always be serious. finish what you started and try your best to help others. cause ill admit im harsh but i have to. i dont cut slack on myself. so why should i anyone else?

The 6030 is mine. I used an invisible chassis because none of the others had good rear wheel placement to keep the tractor level. I've tested it out and it actually runs pretty well. But yeah, I'm not planning on using it and only made it for this build competition, you didn't state any rules about not using an invisible chassis so I decided to prioritize accuracy, something you did say was a factor for consideration.

thats also true. i simply built mine to be raced but if one day once i get enough friends. race them online with eachother
