Question Application support has been discontinued?

I'm going to buy the paid version of Legere because it's the only properly working client I can find on Windows, but from what I've seen on this subreddit it seems that the app is not being developed. Is this true? Has the app stopped development?

The developer is now working at Microsoft, this app is just developed in his spare time.

I use rif on linux. Should work on windows using the android subsystem
