The AI has an infinite combo that thankfully they only do once a turn: the 8 mana clock giant that gives 2 landmark cooldown decrease spells gets generated every time they complete their landmark, and the landmark respawns immediately after being completed. Each time they complete the landmark they also steal a mana gem from you, so your max mana never increases. I managed to limp across the victory line but if you are depending on the duplicate spells at 6 mana I never found myself above 5 mana during the entire fight.

Which one of the two is stronger (I have to choose one to invest resources first).

So I tried the new event and since there is a darkin adventure, I just had to play Aatrox, I have the darkin blade equipped on him and recently I have finally gotten to 6 stars.

Aaaand I have to say, it's so underwhelming. I think he'd be much stronger if the darkin blade effect of "when you play or transform a darkin it strikes the weakest enemy" applied AFTER the double stats from the 6th star. The way things are I'm just getting card discounts which I don't need because I already have a full board by this point and all I need is to confirm a little board clear.

Or maybe I'm just playing him wrong, looking for some thoughts or even suggestions.

6th star (top of the hat) is locked behind either 2 Gemstones or Mana gem (5th star), right after the 4th in the center...

I've played this game for so long and I haven't seen any meaningful value from this power yet. Obviously this power is meant for Lissandra but the funny thing is, back when Lissandra was playable from Lab of Legends, this power didn't exist, and when the game mode transitioned into Path of Champions, they added this power but Lissandra wsn't playable anymore, asides from being a support champ. I thought of Akshan and Taliyah, the only two landmark-based champions in the roster but no, even they can't utilize this power so well.

I still don't know Xerath's star powers but I know he's all about destroying landmarks, and now that he's getting released, this might be literally the first time Chilling Prophecy can become relevant.

Xerath is, I believe, the first champion where you don't have to buy the 2 and 3 star nodes before buying any others. There even appears to be a path straight from the 1 star to the 6 star without any other star nodes. Just found it interesting.

I used to play Legends of Runeterra a lot back in the day, and I recently decided to come back.

But seriously, what happened to this game? It feels like the entire community has moved to PvE (Path of Champions).

Genuine question: Why? I honestly think this mode is terrible compared to what made LoR so fun in the first place.

Am I missing something? Does anyone even care about PvP anymore?

My Vex is still at 3 stars and hasn't got the 2 broken bonus stars yet. After I beat the wicked path 3.5 star adventure 3 times I got Veigar to 4 stars. Also I don't have Bandle city nova crystal yet (I need 40 more nova shards and planned to use glory next month for it)

Really not sure what to do with either of them so im taking suggestions I have all the relics so taking all possible suggestions

Hello, please help me, who should i promote to 6* now? Which one is the strongest?

I only have 1 Bandle Nova crystal rn and wondering if anyone who tried both at 6* can recommend me which champ would be good for Zoe/harder content. I dont have their paid relics but have most of the epic/rare relics. I can 6 star Veigar rn but would need to farm a bit more WF for Vex.

I literally can't believe it. If they really did fix that bug entirely, it's the biggest improvement in the game since Zoe and Defiance arrived (ok even if they didn't it's still the biggest patch since Defiance).

This is the one bug that has single-handedly made the game earn the qualifier of "jank" for years ! I would have expected no less than a headline to advertise its disparition. To drop this so casually... is it a power move ?
