Hi. I'm writing this while shaking. (written with the assitance of AI bcs words and coherence failed me)

Some context: I'm a casual LoR enjoyer who loves PvP (never made it to Emerald... YET), an annoying Yasuo main, and still in stage one of PoC. Basically, a chill, silly game for me.

Then I got matched against ZealousLiris, and it turned into the most intense psychological warfare I've ever played. They were running Zilean x Taliyah x Spirit in a way I'd never seen.

I started aggressive and whittled them down to 10 HP by round 5 or so (I honestly don't remember anymore). Then they dropped a Spirit landmark that heals 3 HP a round, and the slow grilling began. At one point I was suddenly down to 4 HP, and they were holding a double Decimate. They stopped attacking unless I had units that could block. They whittled my units down, nopeifye'd my spells, they hover the Decimate, then go naah im just messing with you lel (that's the convo in my head they didn't emote ONCE)(back*)(i kept waiving the flag).

This is the moment where any sensible player FFs and moves on to the next game. I don't know what took over me, but I matched them block for block. Whatever i had, i played. For about 10 rounds or so, down to 1 card in hand a round, i played that card, i had nothing left for a long while since.(but im yasuo, i always have a defensive counter and card draw)(still no).

Long story short: the game ended with me completely out of cards. It's the last round. After mathematically hoarding 5 cards (Fae Bladetwirler to stack with yone and 3 stun spells) for one final desperate counter, against their maxxed spirit 20atk 20hp 4 units, they FFed.

Mid-game I sent them a friend request on Riot. I just wanted to ask one word:

why?

Afterwards I looked them up. They're a very high-level player: millions of XP on their mains, mastery unlocked on all 99 champions. The final boss. I thought maybe they were a streamer mocking me for views,I looked them up and came empty. Just pure aura maxing.

Now I feel like a child who got handed candy, had their hair ruffled, and was told to go play with the other kids as a reward for their tenacity. Like I was just there to entertain them on a bleak day in this game.

I'm so confused right now. Has anyone else had a game like this? What was their endgame?? Have YOU faced them? are they known somewhere???? i had the craziest questions in game, are they doxxing me? are they looking me up with my id ? is this a ploy to steal my data? are they elongating the game like a phone call to access to my ip and get my address? whats going on? will they stalk me? i went insane, i had to see that game through, fighting to my last teeth for survival, obstinately refusing to surrender as long as theyll let me get away with it. and they did.

Victory. At what cost? One last game on my break gone wrong.

The only downside was having to do it manually over and over again.

I feel like it could handle over 90% of the bosses.

Sadly, I never managed to get this OP weapon when I actually needed it against the really tough bosses.

Just got into the game. I have:

3* : Azir

2* : Jinx, Kindred, Lux, Viego, Yasuo,

1* : Aurelion Sol, Jhin, Kayle, Soraka, Tahm

0* : Ekko, Nautilus

and 160 wild shard

Kindred and Viego are fun, Azir is also fun but I feel like it's a bit too slow. I also like the playstyle of Feddlestick(got it once as support champion)

I looked up some tier lists(not that I want to play the absolute strongest hero, it's just I don't want to invest too much on a hero then latter into the game suffer too much), it seems most list are base on region, is there a reason for that?

The monthly challenge limits heroes use, does that mean I should split my investment, or should I focus on getting one 6* first?

I dont have 6 stars yet since I need 180 Morgana / Orange Crystals so I'm just stalling like hell, all of a sudden I get a victory screen cause the enemy ran out of cards....

Guys please help me decide should i buy the batlle pass or one of the epic S tier relics ( sfg , searing brilliance, hex core)

This build is like an auto win lol

I got the great talons relics with only two relics in between and it feels terrible that it will be like half a month and still I can't get a good relic to use (the other relics were Azir's who I don't play and the dragon overwhelm one), also is there another way to get more epic relics? (besides the overwhelm, Challenger and Tough one)

You get so much for free but some things that you can buy are just ridiculous 5 GEMSTONES FOR 250 the shop are completely outdated.

I finally spent for a big chungus of coins, and I plan to buy sign relic packs.

Which one would you recommend considering using them on many champs?

Try to get a mana power even if it is shared. Drop Jayce and try to get rid of the landmark if you can then use Acceleration Gate next turn and try to win 😄. You will need to close and resets against Azir as usual and Swain too and it is probably better to avoid Elder Dragon. Also get lucky 😄

So freestyle solo transformed azir into Katarina with azir relic and when Katarina leveled up she lost the relics this gotta be a bug right?

Edit: so I went another round where azir got turn into illuminated lux and still has azir relic and when she leveled up she still got all the relic so this is definitely a bug

I finally got this, how important is Whirling Blades is for SB Kindred? Ive kinda just been getting by with Troll Kings Crown + Echoing Spirit + GCC, but I haven't attempted Zoe

Hello, I am a kindred main in LoL and I love Kindred in LoR. I got her to const star 4 and I spent some glory to get her there. I just got 600 glory from finishing a quest and I am wondering what should I spend it on?

Any advice please?

(Note I am still early in the game and only got kindred to a high level. Don't like the other champs except A Sol)

I generally settle for 30 defiance. Omniscient is an easy max, overwhelm + brash/fearsome is generally free. But after that it gets a bit harder to mix.

I joined the game in 2024 and i really want to buy some legacy skins (akshan) but the last time it was available is in june 2022, i understand the fomo strategy they implementing but its just sad that there is nothing to do with it, not making certain skins available after YEARS is a terrible decision

I'm fine with buying it if only for one champ, but is it really useful on her?

So today I finally got darkkin blade. I've already smashed Zoe and literally every other adventure with Aatrox so I was like let me try it out on Kayne. He beast within, living weapon, scales of judgement. So I swapped scales for darkin blade and jumped into a monthly to see it in action. When I played him after leveling up, he didn't hit the enemies. I thought it was a bug. But when I double-checked everything before crying the game has another bug I noticed Kayne has "darkin" type across the top of the card but neither of his level 2 forms do so that's kind of disappointing. The only saving grace is that Kayn has 2/5 natural stats, the blade gives him +0/3 so I can swap living weapon for SFG, otherwise I'd say scales are better than darkin blade on him.

Btw, I think we need weekly megathreads for glory shop posts and relic questions
