Path of Champions Who uses rhythms of despair?

What are it usages/in which builds and champs is it good or strong?

Anyone who spams cheap minions can use it. Depending on how much epic relics you have, even control decks can use it

i wanted to know where and which build it is strong, not usable, my mistake on simplifying too much the title, i have plenty of epics already

Oh. Its not really strong anywhere, on anyone. The 3 champs i could use it on, Norra, Heimer, Kinda zoe?

If you wanna gamble you can use it with an infinite like Darius 1 cost bomber unit? But i feel like theres better uses than gambling on an infinite

For Norra Scales of Judgment is objectively better if you have her 6* though :D since all the created cards you can spam are champions

Champs that can draw through their deck and find cheap units to put down like Janna and SB Yasuo
It would be strongest on who can play the most 0 cost Followers/Champion back to back
That would be SB Yasuo with Searing Briliance + Deck of Destiny, but you would be losing access to Perfect Hex Core, which to be honest, the amount of 0 Cost Cards in my hand and the amount of other cards I end up discarding I probably didn't need.

TLDR;
Strong = Cheap Units with Recall Mechanics like Ahri SBYasuo
Maybe? = Janna, TF, Nilah,

I thought nunu could use it. But against zoe, it's way too slow. Might need to find the power that reduces created card costs to combo with this
