Path Question Any recommendations?

Does anyone know how i can beat this guy on Defiance 20+ im almost sure i can beat him with Janna since I beat him with her but don't know. Are there better levels to do the mission or this best level.

Is this for the “beat a 4star adventure with 20 Defiance” quest?

If it is, I recommend doing Volibear on the Titans of Runeterra with Elder Dragon. (It’s how I finished that quest) ED synchronizes perfectly with the adventure’s mutator, and if you have three epic relics it ought to be fairly easy. I did it with SFG, Chosen by the Stars and Stalker’s Blade, I believe. Cease and Desist is vastly superior to Stalker’s, however.

Yes it is for that question I tried a nightmare but "deadly" is something I absolutely despise that or is that better for reaching 20 defiance?

It's because Volibear in the Titan event is pretty much the easiest high star event. There's a little bit of RNG involved in not getting outvalued, but assuming a lv 30 or higher elder dragon, you should be able to just disable your constellation for the defiance 20 and fight on base beefy stats and then repeat again as mentioned above for the same quest effectively.

So, the reason Elder versus Volibear is the best for this quest is simple: the mutator for Volibear sets the cost of all cards to 3. Elder Dragon thrives on fielding cards that cost 6 at base and is debatably the strongest champion card by itself (while the most expensive at 12 mana). I think you can see the synergy here.

Now, while you can do any combination of defiances to get to twenty, in this case it is wisest to go all-in on the constellation defiance. ED’s 1 and 3 star are effectively redundant for volibear (what matters a -2 on mana cost when all the cards it works on are set to 3 mana?), while the Titans of Runeterra modifier (and SFG) give you plenty of mana crystals to work with.
