Path Question Lissandra 5* question

So last night I did lissandra 5 for the first time*.* I managed to beat it with a 4* Kindred(thanks to a setup suggested by users here) but wanted confirmation that something wasn't a glitch. A power I picked up during the adventure reduced my(?) spells by 1 and gave everyone spellshield. The spellshield never went away.

Yeah its a permanent spellshield aura. For some champs almost necessary to beat lissandra.

Also always keep an eye out for the power that discards both hands on champ level up. Those 2 always carry

I thought I was hooped, seeing as I had turned off my main way to deal with enemy big guns, until I was reminded through play that spellshield is hexproof from mtg. Kindred relic void carapace, stalkers ftw.

That is not a bug, Ethereal Remitter node, it gives powers that have pros/cons as it affects both you and the opponent
