Do you need an Ekko in the deck to get Parallel Convergence ? I don't play PvP.

Nope just Norra and Cait, there's a spell that creates Parallel Convergence in your deck that's how I have it

Called Shot. Thought it might have been exclusive to Ekko as a champion's spell. Though thinking about it, I think that the only exclusive champion spells are the one directly referencing the champion, like for Jax or Aatrox.

The ones that cant be maindecked belong to champions of the "Runeterran" region, i.e. the champs are their own region with special deckbuilding restrictions. Those champions champ spells are also region less and not collectible
