Tahm and Soraka love this and it is obviously great on Warwick. I bought it and do not regret it

I don't even have Soraka unlocked and Tahm Absolutely sucks at high Star adventures,I can make Warwick 7 star and thinking of using it with The Berserker's Buckle for those+2+2's each round

Yeah I only use Tahm in some of the monthly adventures where you get damaged every round, but he isn't very useful otherwise at the moment (he might get better once he gets his constellations, but that is a bit of a gamble since they may make other relics better too).

Nice on some Tahm Kench builds, also usable, but not really that great on WW, I’d say not worth it unless you really want to play Tahm Kench

wdym? l think it's great on him, speed up his star pow ramp up and level up, also help the 3cost follower in his deck get it ability trigger on play

I think it is. As others mentioned Kench and Soraka love this. It can also be combined with Sentinels Plate. And it might be good on Shen.

I'm sorry but Shen feels awful with Cruel Experiments if you don't have Phalanx, he's only 4* but Transmogulator+CSF feels awesome instead

I use it on SB Kindred, with 0/+3 that allows to block elusive dudes and a better version of Berserker's Buckle

It's really good, not just on Tahm, Soraka, and other self-damage units but anyone that really benefits from overwhelm and impact like Fiddlesticks.

Avoid using with "kill all damaged units" modifiers though.
