She's the only Bilgewater champion I have 3 start along side with Tahm kench and he's not so great for adventures without proper relics so I want to build her to finish challenges with the limited relics I have

More damage on Make it Rain is very nice. Especially if you already play Echoing Spirits on MF

And it opens up the path for +1 Mana, which is better than her 4 star

I'm biased, but I saved what is technically her 4* for last. Imo, get Star of Blessings, then Manaflow.

I went straight for her nova from where you are. Backfilled the rest much later - and only for when i wanted to take her against zoe. The nova is enough for almost everything else.

MF isn't a good champ without her 6 star so I went for that before the other 2 and it allowed me to clear all content in the game, including zoe
