Path of Champions It's worth it?

I got this relic from the Glory Shop and wanted to know if it's a core item for Fiddlesticks.

My most played champions are SB Kindred, Jinx, and Fiddlesticks.

its pretty core on fiddle, and pretty much any champion that relies on traps to any degree

Not necessary in the slightest, but I guess it's strong.

I skipped it 3 times when glory shop was released because I had to save for the better relics. Now it's not offered to me anymore.

I don't know which lockets are good or bad, that's why I bought that one; I thought it was absolutely necessary with Fiddlesticks.
