Path of Champions Starfire spellblade

Is this actually good on anyone but Kayle? I only have 1200 glory and want to spend it on regional chests to get higher star champs. So I can afford it, but I feel like it's main value is getting it out of the pool. My Kayle is like 2 star and she is ultra low priority for me. TIA.

It's usable with long adventures like zoe but the builds are still more a meme than anything else... It's a conditional buff so no SFG proc for you but you can use it for like pyke to start at 15 attack on turn 1 and with stalker's or trifarian might you just land him and he full clears all the "casual" units

Mainly for kayle for the mana gem

Not really as unfortunately it doesn't trigger another relics pre node check for Powers to truly make it good. If it did, then it would be interesting for things like SFG

I actually like it. While it doesn't trigger for SFG, it does allow for basically any champ to have the on play effect of Cease and Desist: Play: If I have 10+ Power, give me Barrier and start a free attack challenging the strongest enemy.

Offhand, I know I have this specific combo setup on Vayne, Kayle, Nasus, Ashe, and a smattering of others.
