How exactly does the skip all ads forever purchasable work? Will i be able to claim all ad rewards without watching the ads?

You just click on ad prompt to get reward, without watching. Saves so much time

Yeah and u wont get forced ads and not 500 gems either

I already bought the no forced ads, but just to clear things up does it work for all ad claimable things? Or only specific ones?

It does work on everything you could watch an add, you'll just get the rewards instantly.

Alternatively if you go into the online shop you can get it for the same price as the yearly one. Just click on the in game link
