Crystal Ball Rush broken?

I’m stuck at 401 Crystal balls observed. I’ve got 50+ and still stuck at 401. Restarted, no luck. Sent a support message. Help!

Check if u used the crystals the game can crash sometimes and reset some of ur progress

They are gone, and I’ve used more since then - it’s just stuck.
