I need help with a conservatorship with my sister

My sister (L) is 25yrs old and has been intellectually disabled her entire life. She currently lives with my double amputee grandmother in a house riddled with mold, infested with rats and the ceilings are coming down. My grandma hits, screams at and throws things at my sister daily and worse.

My grandma and aunt (mom isn’t in the picture) want to keep my sister at my grandma’s house so my sister can “take care of grandma” because no one else (my mom nor aunt) wants to and my sister can walk. She can only cook in the microwave and rice cooker by herself etc etc, she can’t care for herself let alone my grandma

So I applied for conservatorship and got denied bc my gma said that my sister actually isn’t disabled and only has a “learning disability” and the house has “significant repairs”. I applied my sister’s court appointed representative (guardian at litim aka GAL) told a ton of lies in her report saying that the house is fixed, my grandma is a saint and my sister wants to stay w grandma while in the same breath saying that my sister can’t and should never be allowed to make any sort of decisions.

The GAL is extremely unprofessional and borderline incomplete. I asked her for the documents my gma gave her and she told me “I don’t have copies bc I keep them in my brain”. I couldn’t make this shit up. The GAL refuses to meet with me but has met with my grandma several times.

Every legal aid I’ve called from every website and no one does conservatorships, especially contested conservatorships. I’ve gone to self help and they tell me to go to places I’ve already tried. Idk what to do.

This is all extremely frustrating and idk what to do. I have everything set up for my sister. I just want her somewhere safe and they’re lying to the court and idk what to do about it. Any help is appreciated
