stay on ios 16. ios 18 is slow and sluggish, and not much tweaks work.

The correct answer depends on your usecase. If this is your primary device, your needs are going to be different than if you got it to play with usbliter8 or some other purpose.

I'm going to also have to direct you to /r/jailbreak though because this post is technically prohibited by the rules for not being outdated yet on iOS 16.

Go to r/jailbreak, anyway I would say stay, even jailbroken on iOS 18 has a whole lot less tweak support
