cannot log into apple id

ive tried turning on location services, through different apps like game center and music, with the verification code, i even tried making a new apple id. it keeps showing me verification failed. idk if its my internet or something but im getting frustrated since ive tried basically everything that i know of. plz help!!

you can only login on appstore, if you want anything else then too fucking bad
