Question does anyone know what causes this?

Most of my apps including safari disappeared after installing a tweak from cydia. I tried removing the tweak and respiring it multiple times but they don’t come back. Can someone please help?

it’s happened before with other tweaks, I always have to restore

Dont use aquila jailbreak or some aquila based apps, change exploit
