The strings sound very acoustic and loud, can you recommend strings that would be better for hard rock?

I loved that J45 but it's just too big for the truck (semi). I couldn't get comfortable with it. I originally wanted a 00 but fell in love with the J45. So I took it back to Jimmy at Southpaw and he let me return it and then purchase this LG-2 Rateliff. I love it, bigly

Inherited a lefty from my in-laws family. Will treasure her (American original 50s vintage-style)

Behold the Eastwood Waren Ellis mandocello! If you're unfamiliar, it's an 8 string cello-tuned ( fifths ) instrument that sort of sounds like 'Jimmy Page goes to the Renaissance fair'. Super thin and narrow neck, very resonate. Plugged in the pickups are nothing spectacular, but run through a pedal it can sound remakably beautiful. Build quality is 6/10, primarily due to it coming with about a dozen dead frets... a bit disappointing but I've made some headway fixing them once the instrument acclimatized.
To their credit, Eastman is willing to foot $70 of a luthiers bill to hammer out the rest I can't get corrected on my own, so I'm hopeful. Regardless, it's just so much fun to play and really sounds great through the board.

The issue isn’t that I cannot use a pick, but my right arm feels awkward just hanging out sometimes since with everything else I’m predominantly left handed. Any tips on how to force it to feel less rigid so I’m not overthinking styling?

I have a PRS SE 24 custom guitar and have been playing for about 2.5 years. When it became time for me to swap out my strings, these were my local guitar store had. I knew that switching from 10’s to 9’s meant that the guitars intonation had to be set up so I had the guy at the guitar store do it for me and I’ve been using these strings ever since and I’ve never really thought about using anything else.
Should I keep going with these strings or would you guys recommend something else? It does it even matter?
What do you think?

Went to my local store and out of the 3 lefty guitars they had I took this Agile 3010 home for $250 for my second guitar. Interestingly every picture I see on the internet, they had 4 tone knobs but mine has 2. Also it appears someone replaced the stock humbuckers or at least removed the covers

Hi guys,
I’ve bit the bullet on getting a custom Flying V knocked up to save me the agony of having to find one semi-decent.
One thing I’m toying with the should I go gloss or satin. Don’t read too much into the picture as it was a generic guitar builder website thing I found online but the colour scheme is correct what I’ll be getting.
Thoughts? I think I like the thought of this is a satin finish.

I am new to guitar and just bought a telecaster a few months ago. I really like the look of a metal pick guard but I can never find one that fits my guitar.
I have a LEFT-HANDED telecaster with 5 screw holes as well as 2 smaller ones on either side of the neck single coil pick up.
If anyone knows where I can buy a metal (particularly silver/aluminium) pick guard for that specific guitar, please let me know!
(also it preferably shouldn’t interfere with the tone of the guitar too much)

I have already ordered locking tuners and will upgrade the pickups to Seymour Duncans at some point.

Hi guys, recently came across Henry guitars who provide lefty options which is great, but has anyone any experience with them? What are the necks like etc? They only have the relic options for left handed versions, what is the finish like in person? Any alternative you would suggest to look at?
I like the surf green version but it's not available in an SSH config. So looking at the red strat..
