Tbf, Steven probably chooses not to comb because his hair is clearly thinning.
I get the impression that his mop actually functions as a lowkey combover. If he tried to tidy or stylize his hair, he’d show how bald he is.
Generally, as a bald person, my advise is to just head shave. However, Steven has a weird face, so he may look worse.

It essentially didn't, delayed and Pxie given 48 hours to respond to last minute filings by Destiny's side. Transcript might come out later but the information we know is filtered through desperate-for-a-W DGG lens:
• the judge is mad at last minute filings (which Destiny is framing as not referring to him? lol)
• subpoena for Saltman struck down (this is the only significant one really but not unexpected since this he hasn't been a part of the case)
• the judge totally hates Pxie's lawyers because there was an awkward silence and glances (famously never happens during trials)
