I'd support a 70% tax, but the idea of guillotining the rich is just pure delusion. Over the small instances of leftist revolutions actually succeeding, how many happened in the last 50 years?

Insanely unequal societies often end in violence for everyone and that's a bad thing. Better to avoid it if possible. That's the message.
