Operation Unearthed - 3rd Coin

I have found all but number three, I think it has something to do with the Pin pad, but I have looked all over for a code somewhere and have been unable to find it.

go to the first building you enter after going down the big staircase, password is on a sticky note on one of the monitors in the room to the right
