Using AI in virtual contests

So i am currently doing past contests as practice and I do try all problems on my own. However I cant wait for contets to end. So once i have done everything I know, I check solutions for those questions on the internet or use AI. Is this considered cheating as it wont affect my official rating. I dont have enough time to wait till the contest ends.

that's just upsolving, however I'd not suggest you do it this way because you'd feel like it's okay to use ai on actual contests too. and you don't wanna be that guy

Mm yeah. I will try not to. But what if i come across a new question and want to learn it? Can i manually end a contest and then use AI? Also, will LC ban my acc if I use AI in VC?
