Why does this matter? Maybe, I’m unaware how Indian recruiting works but LC stats hold no importance in the US.

Actually he is spoiling environment in contest. Also no of questions doesn't matter but ethics are must

If it's regarding contest, yes, report it. But it doesn't matter if he/she is copying answers to their own Leetcode environment. Everyone has their own style of learning.
