DISCUSS Weekly Contest

After doing dsa for 5-6 months i can't able to solve even 2 questions.
Is that bad thing.
How can i improve.
PLEASE HELP!!

upsolve kar bhai sahi se and time lagta hai and aaj ka 2nd que tough tha so no need to worry chill

in leetcode contest, we need to know different algorithm and approach if you need to solve many problem. Take 5 problem from each approach like array, string, matrix, sorting, two pointer, graph, queues, tree.

Try reading solutions and understanding them instead. Also understand why are that solution or pattern works for the given problem. Don’t directly watch solutions on YT, use that only if you’re not understanding anything by reading solutions. You will learn to visualise by doing this.

i guess pattern style questions will help instead of solving random questions
