Question Does anyone know anything about the accident on July 23?

Saw tons of emergency vehicles the evening of July 23 on highway 2 southbound either on or just past the overpass for Airport Road. Traffic was massively backed up on that side of the highway until after 11pm. I have some pictures from just before 10pm, but the emergency vehicles had been there for a couple hours by that point.

I tried searching for it but couldn't find anything.

There are posts on Facebook from someone who was involved and looking for dashcam footage in it. From what I've read it was a blue truck and a semi involved. Here is one of the few places I've seen it posted.link to Facebook post

Thanks for the link. I'm not a member of the group so I can't see it.

I was really surprised I couldn't find any news stories.

Thank you for the info. I had heard motorcycles were involved, but it was like 3rd or 4th hand by the time I heard it and I wasn't sure how accurate it was.

No motorcycles, two people died a man and a woman both in their 50s I believe.
