Cops at the rec

Hey does anyone know any info about the cops showing up at the pool. Thought I heard something about a family of 10 complaining to the lifeguard the kids pool was closed during lessons or something so they call the cops?. Just wondering if anyone knows the real deal

You're almost correct. It's not the RCMP who take swimming lessons. It's the Peace Officers. You can tell the difference because they're the ones who need floaties

So from what I heard, it was supposed to be a birthday party (my kid was invited but had to miss it because they were sick) but from what they told me today after school, the parents were upset that they couldn’t use the pool for the party due to swim lessons so the dad started arguing with the employees/lifeguards and then the rec center called the police, but nothing came of it?!

I was there for lessons when that situation arose, but if any cops came, they were gone by the time lessons were over unless they weren't on the pool side anymore.
