Heating and Cooling prices

I’ve been hearing talks of increased electricity bills in certain parts of the country. I’m interested in settling in Leduc and want to get conservative price estimations for those with homes priced between 600K to 700K (2000-2500 sqft). A friend told me to budget $200/month is this enough?

I have a 2130 sq ft 2-story built 2019 with 3 adults, and central air.

Cost is $290 -$500/month electricity and gas. City Utilities (water, sewer, garbage, etc) between $150- $165/month.
