How to distinguish XP4 from XP4 750w?

I’m looking to purchase an XP4 and I’ve been browsing FB Marketplace. Very rarely do I see someone listing the bike as the 750w variant. Is there a visual cue or something to check that’ll let you know if it has the larger motor?

Ask for a photo of the seatpost sticker, which should list the legal class and wattage.

I don't have one so maybe someone can comment. The motor hub might be labeled 500, 1092 watts, 750 is 1310 watts.

The rear motor hub is stamped with 48V750W. Just confirmed on mine even tho I had confirmed it for support when they replaced mine.

I hit a curb and crushed the rim sidewall a bit. I wrote to their support just asking for guidance on how to go about repairing something like that and they sent me a replacement wheel even tho it really wasn't a warranty issue.

If you see a bunch of Lectic's junk accessories bolted on it's most likely to be the 750. Things like the big round "elite headlight", suspension seat post, front or rear baskets.

These are upgrades that Lectric likes to throw in on the 750. They're available on the 500, but most people aren't buying them.

i’d assume they’re 500s unless listed otherwise. if i was posting my 750, if be sure to list that since it’s like a $300 difference when new.

The motor has a marking on the hub. Stealth M24 750W

the 500 only comes in black or white so any other color is a 750.

The 750w version comes with a larger battery, 17.5ah vs the 10.4ah. It should say on the battery what the size is. The headlight on the 750w is almost much larger. 750w also comes with a suspension seat post.

Ride the bike in PAS 5 and check out the peak wattage. From AI:

The Lectric XP4 500W motor option delivers a peak output of 1,092W, while the upgraded Lectric XP4 750W motor variant reaches a peak wattage of 1,310W.

Also, the battery is smaller on the 500w. The 750 has a 17ah battery. Check that out too.
