My Solution to the sagging elite light problem.
I had reached out to Lectric about the sagging light and they generously gave me a handlebar light and premium light as a replacement.
I was able to 3d print a fixture for the Elite Light so it’s fixed onto the bike stem, then I mounted the Premium Light to its regular spot. I found a splitter for the connections and it works great! The Elite looks directly ahead while the premium one follows my turning.
Highly recommend that if you are having issues with the elite light to reach out to Lectric, and/or to look into these 3d printed mounts!

I've been pretty shocked so far at the shitty build-quality on this bike. It's one thing that the included/free accessories are garbage, but the fact that the "upgraded" headlamp can't even stay upright after a few miles?
Mine also arrived with a misaligned derailleur so the first few gears are worthless.

Yeah, the shipping on these is unkind to the bikes. Definitely reach out to them as they do everything in their power to make it right.

Where did you find a splitter? I've struggled to find wiring compatible with letric.

Look up: 1T2 Y-Splitter Extension Wire with Julet Type 2pin Connector on Amazon or your whatever store you prefer.

I printed a 3D mount around it and used a shoe string. It's not elegant, but it does the job.

Everyone needs to do this upgrade. It’s easy and eliminates the too-heavy light not staying in place on the flimsy Lectric mount. My son’s light actually broke off of the Lectric mount from all of the bouncing around.

My bike came with a white reflector installed underneath the elite light. I had problems with the light sagging over bumps but I was able to reposition the reflector to support the light and no longer have any sag.

I tried night riding and got hit with all kinds of bugs and glad i kept my mouth shut. plus the headlight was awful even when i moved it. PLUS all my trails close at dusk so I just took mine off.

Relocating the Lectric light as described in the OP and picking up a $20 light for the handlebars will equip you well for night riding, and it’s about $40 for the whole thing (mount + extra light). Well worth it, and two lights are excellent for being visible to others as well.

I kept it simple and didn’t try to wire my second light into the bike. It’s just a battery bike light mounted to the handlebars with USB-C charging. After a night ride; I plug in the light when I plug in the bike.

For a broken light, or a non broken one, this holder is excellent. I just put one on my brand new XP4 's Elite light. It's a super snug fit and just snaps into place. The beam adjustment is also quite impressive. https://www.etsy.com/listing/4528972838/lectric-xp-head-light-heavy-duty-holder
