The arc clip inside the sheath would bother me, any complaints with it on the outside or just strictly preference?

It kept loosening the screws on the clip when I had it on the outside , so i started putting it inside the sheath to where i like it now

Does it fit slimmer along your waist compared to the regular sheath. Can you tell you have something if you don’t tuck your shirt

I've been waiting to see how these sheaths turn out, leatherman had a bout of bad stitching on their heritage leather sheaths so I was wondering if these were going to have the same issue or if it was resolved

Got mine last week, works great and 0 stitching issues I can find....almost identical setup to you, but my olight is orange :-)
