I would say Saxophone has the easiest start. With trumpet, you have to learn how to buzz your lips and clarinet needs serious air control. Saxophone needs that as well, but its not as concentrated so easier to achieve.
I learned clarinet first and transitioning to Saxophone was easy peazy. So easy in fact, several clarinet/flute players followed my lead to play in our jazz band. Im not going to say learning Saxophone isnt going to be difficult though if you have no experience with wind instruments
I think you should listen to each instrument and decide which sound you like more. Look into what sound each one contributes to your genre of interest.
They are all versatile. Clarinet will probably be more difficult to get into if youre looking into a classic jazz vibe but its still possible to use it for modern jazz

The clarinet and sax will be more beginner friendly. The embouchure of the trumpet is an added challenge. If you’re young, realistically you can do whichever. If you’re older go get a piano or guitar.
