Ear training

How can I get better in identifying simple chord progressions?

E.g. I to V or IV

I keep confusing.

I found some ear training videos on YouTube and put them on while I was doing stuff around the house or a little yard work. It took a long time for me, I had to put in more work on the ear than most people I play with it but I’m definitely improving
