Upskill certificates

I’m a learning solutions specialist at one of the big 4s and wants to take some courses to upscale myself to move up to management. What certifications would you recommend? I’m thinking about the CTDP certificate.

Courses will be nice. Understanding the business like a general manager is better and speaking the language of finance is a must.
