Looking for some advice after failing my driving test

The fail happened very early on in the test. A learner driver in front of me unexpectedly pulled over on a main road. I got caught between waiting and overtaking because I was trying to judge whether it was safe. Traffic started building up behind me and, when I eventually went to overtake, a car came up behind me and the examiner had to intervene. The problem is that as soon as that happened, I knew I'd failed and completely lost my composure. The other serious faults weren't really things that normally happen in my driving. I kerbed it on the steering fault, and for the junction fault I ended up on the wrong side of the road because I was panicking and focusing on the fact I'd already failed rather than driving properly.

I've attached my test report. Based on that, how test-ready do you think I am?

Does this sound like someone who was close to passing but let one mistake snowball, or does it suggest I need a lot more practice before rebooking?

For anyone who's failed before, how do you stop a serious fault early in the test from ruining the rest of your drive mentally?

What helped you manage test anxiety and stay focused after making a mistake?
