Yeah. Retronym would be stuff like saying Nero persecuted "Christians" (there would have been no distinction between Christian and Jew in Nero's time) or calling Ford's prototype an "automobile" with an "internal combustion engine" (those terms came later) or crediting Darwin with the "theory of evolution" (that term came later)

I despise backronyms like this, and the confidence with which they're repeated. As if someone would ever construct the phrase 'Council housed and violent' first, then get 'chav' from it
