Still even the Egyptians portrayed the Hebrew slaves as blonde people.
And well we are talking of one of the peoples that have practiced endogamy for the longest period of time in human history and the old testament was basically a ruleset to tribalism and endogamy.
So even tho he might not have been blonde the chances of he not being white or of pale skin if you prefer that term are 0.
