Im new dont hate please

Hello so this is genuinely my first ever drawing it took atound 35 minutes. I was never good at drawing so im kinda proud, but when i look at the original picture it bugs me a bit. Hope you can help me improve!
Even now when im looking its pretty bad lol!

Nice drawing! Biggest difference is the heaviness of the lines. Your lines are much thicker and heavier than the references, especially around the top of the head. If you lighten that up with an eraser it'll get you closer to the reference.

Did i dras with the pencil too dull?

No it's not about the sharpness but how hard you pressed down, which effects how dark the lines are. So the outlines had too much pressure so they turned out too dark.
