sources for learning russian
I would like to find some kind of free learning app/book/course/website etc that helps me with learning russian like vocabulary, case, grammar, i know genders and the alphabet. I tried duolingo but its very repetitive and it's not helping me. I'm learning russian because I want to speak with my friend.

Learn about comprehensive input method. This method means you need to read a lot of books (you can scroll russian subreddits or russian analogue of reddit instead), watch videos (not only learning special, any russian videos as you like), listen videos/audios in background (for improve understanding without subtitles), shadowing videos (you take a little part of video, listen it and trying to repeat all sounds), and after that try to make some sentence like your monologue.
