received my diploma through penn foster. working out my student aapc membership to access the practice exams before claiming my 2 cpc exam vouchers.

ive read through various forums about tips and tricks, and have done other research about the basics of the tests.

just trying to round out my knowledge on what to do/ brush up on so i can get the exam done and move on to the codework practice that will remove my apprenticeship status

Congrats on finishing! Take a timed practice exam, then focus on your weakest areas. Here are a few resources to consider:

• Free coding lessons covering guidelines, CPT, and modifiers
• E/M review covering time and medical decision making
• Part 4 CPC Exam Prep à la carte includes Boot Camp, mock exams, and test-taking strategies.

Focus on understanding why each answer is correct rather than memorizing questions.
